Recently, I noticed my Bank of America balance going up, and figured it was just the outrageous interest the bank charges on their credit cards. Upon further review however, I noticed it was not only due to their predatory interest rate, but the due date was changing from month to month, so an additional late fee of $39 was added to my bill. They said it was due to by billing cycle, of course, their motivation was to rip me off. Part of the new credit act, is to assign fixed dates from February of this year.
