I ordered and paid in full for a hot tub in Dec 09. After numerous calls to the company after the supposed delivery date I was told it was delayed until late June. So I cancelled. I cannot get this company to send my money back although they say I can have a refund. I can get someone to answer the sales line but not the customer service line. When I get call backs or actually make contact with one of the employees, I get the run around. It seems the person who handles that is not avail. They are always on a call or out of the office.
