Just bought the DVD player last night, drove 45min home, set it up and it will not play anything. I called their support and they want me to buy a lense cleaner. Why doesn't a DVD player work out of the box? I've installed for friends, family, myself which is approx. 20 units. I've NEVER had to get a lense cleaner on a NEW system. I'm not going to spend $5 to tell me it doesn't work. I'd just as soon go buy something that will work out of the box. If that's the best support and quality they can give then they need to re-evaluate what they provide. read full review »
