I have been a Direct Tv customer for 17 years. I reciently contacted them abou an upgrade to HD-DDVR and was told we could get it and the price would be over $300.00 for the equipment plus instillation. After talking with numerous customer service reps they agreed that they basically care less about loyal customers than they do about new ones.
