I submitted a car payment on line through bill pay and they are saying they have not gotten it. Despite me calling them to ask for the correct address to send the payment to. My bank shows it has been paid and they are sending me bills saying they have not gotten the payment. They say their is nothing showing payment to them and will not accept the faxed documents I want to send them. read full review »
