I had my mortgage with Taylor Bean and had set up an automatic withdrawl from my checking account in August. Online info said it was confirmed, but nothing was taken out. Then I learned of the bankruptcy and kept trying to get information. Finally received one letter from Cenlar saying use the payment coupon, but there wasn't any payment coupon. I called them repeatedly and asked them to send me the coupon book and instructions on how and where to pay my mortgage - nothing came.
