I continue being billed $36.92 for book title: Bottomline Book of Moneysavers. I did not order this book and returned it. Now, they have "North Shore Agency, Inc." sending me collection notices for payment (dated 1/27/09). I didn't order this book. I don't have this book. I will not pay for this book.
