I am amazed at the amount of people this company has affected. We contacted the BBB back in October and was dismissed as if we were just being "hard to please". We based our decision based on the rating provided by them, BIG MISTAKE! We missed countless hours while chasing KC employees for answers. The kitchen took almost three months to complete and now the kitchen is falling apart. The cabinets are splitting, the granite is split, the floor is slanted, the tile has cracked. We are extremly frustrated but happy to see people are determined to pursue avenues to make sure this owner is not going to be able to operate again. read full review »
