American Van lines is very unprofessional company. After they got our deposit, they showed who really are...a dishonest moving company. ...Please do not use this company, you will regret it. They lay on the amount, weight and how to pay them on the delivery day (CASH) and if some belongs are lost or broken you won't see your money back. Every department (costumer service, transportation, claim) lies about everything; if you pointed out that the truck driver told you to do that, they answered saying that they were not present so maybe you did understand...what awful experience!!!
