Dear Customer, Before you complain, think! Look outside your box. What is really going on around you? It might not look like "their busy" but are they recuperating from a busy time before your arrival. Were they shorthanded? Did you come across as mean, hateful or disrespectfull? Servers are still human, they have to literally hold back when people actually yell and demean them. Did that just happen minutes before they were rude to you?
