This store has a redbox for DVD rentals. The customer service is substandard, though. I was recently treatly rudely when trying to use a raincheck for a sale item they were out of in Feb.2010. So now it's March 2010 and I try to buy the item that is now in stock when I'm in there to rent a DVD anyway, and the checker says my raincheck was issued too long ago. I said it was only last month.
