I've already been a victim of a timeshare sale scheme fraud/scam by Premier Timeshare Solutions (based in West Palm Beach, FL) last year in 2009. A process which they've led on from Feb-Nov'09. A fool once and never again by these crooks! I received a call from Michael Sinclair (631-624-8197) during week of March 7 and 14, 2010 for such guarantees that they have "approved buyers"!
