I refinanced our Toyota with our local credit union.The payoff check sent to their payoff department did not show posted to my account a full 3 weeks after mailing. The crdit union put a stop payment on the check and reissued another one, this resulted in an avalanche of errors to my account which then showed my account as 30 days late, which I was never late on one payment. When I called customer service, they were very unhelpful everytime I called. I was hung up on, told different information every time I called. You cannot trust this company! read full review »
