Patriot Homes-Lennar Homes...we bought a brand new home 5 years ago and have had more problems than if we had bought and renovated an old home. Trusses popping up in our loft, cracked foundation, heating vents falling off, cracks in the walls, leaking vents, leaking roof, electrical issues, you name it. And we are not the only ones. Everyone on our street is having the same problems. When you call Patriot Homes..."oh, the warranty on your home is only good for 1 year!" Can I tell you how ripped-off we feel?
