Purchased magic jack last week, and like anything else if it sounds to good to be true it probably is.sound quality is piss poor, breaks up really really bad. called tech support, and they were great, did all they told us to do, including downloaded their upgrade, nothing helped. So were stuck, can't afford cell phone, and why pay for a home phone that's rarely used. The problem isn't magic jack, it's the phone company's outrageous rates leaving magic jack to prey on people like us. read full review »
