This company offered money back if not satisfied with their services to deal with mortgage company to do any or all of the following: Lower my monthly mortgage by reducing interest or Amount owed, or extenting out the term of agreement. none of these things were followed through to completion on either my 80 or 20 Loan with two seperate lenders and we paid for their services on 2 seperate account almost $4000.00.
