These morons sent me an ac adapter with a completely wrong output voltage. i plugged into my computer, and it started to smoke! i had to get the whole 'motherboard' replaced. then, they had the nerve to tell me it wasn't their fault, refused to pay to repair my computer, and made me pay to ship it back to get a refund. also, he said the refund would take 2 weeks from when they recieve it! worst experience i've ever had purchasing anything, ever. i reported them to the better business bureau. not only that, it took me 6 e-mails and 4 phone calls to get that bull**** information. read full review »
