If anybody reads a report about AmeriCredit and it says that they provide excelent customer service, throw the bull *** flag and wipe you butt with the paper it's written on. First off, you can't just talk to a live person. No, you have to leave a message for them to call you back. Then you have to sit around your house for a day and a half waiting for them to call.
