Wondering who these people are? They had an email address that I have never seen before and were indicating that we ordered a voicemail service on the phone line that we already HAVE voicemail as part of our service bundle. this is the second instance of OAN billing me for services that were not ordered in any way shape or form, but the actual service providers were different.
