Approached in mall like everyone else, my daughter was called twice, after almost a year finally got an activity report I called on my own to verify if my daughter's pics was every sent to them, most places said no, some never heard of the company, customer service was full of answers that made no sense, how can so many people be wrong, I hope others will learn from us and check websites before signing their precious ones up, if this how the company makes money it is just a matter of time before they are closed down.
