I bought my home in 2004 with Flagstar Bank here in MI. Nationstar bought my mortgage in October of 2009. I am unemployed and having a difficult time with my payments (just like alot of people) so I called them and asked about loan modification. They told me I had to be 60 days behind which I was. So they took my info over the phone and sent me a packet. I had to pay a trial payment in Feb, March and April of this year and I have done this.
