VERY bad customer service! Called and emailed the company and didn't receive an answer for 3 days. Response came via email, whereas the respondent, Ginni, tried to sell me a 4 year old cat not associated with the pure bred Siberian Breed i was interested in, for $65.00. Now i know times get busy with breeders, but still, this is no way to treat a customer who was polite and has specific needs expressed!!!
