I ordered some glasses from this company and they have not sent my items. They said that I have given them the wrong mailing address and its not their responsibility. I suspect they are saying this to get out of refunding or sending a package. Even if it is true, mistakes happen and what kind of customer service is this? They have refused to refund my Visa the $150 and are asking for more money to send out another package. I suspect I am either being scammed and robbed, or this is the worst customer service and horrible company. Please do not let this happen to you. I doubt I will see my money again or get the products I ordered. read full review »
