I have two loans with Citifinancial. One a 2nd mortgage and one a small personal loan. They have been harassing me for months since I was unemployed. I have been making payment but not the full payments. I found out they have been posting payments that I made to the mortgage loan instead to my personal loan so that I look like I am really behind on the 2nd. They are now taking me to court on the 2nd. read full review »
