I had signed up for auto pay with Direct TV. When it wasn't taken out the first month, I called rep. He said it would take affect the following month. At same time they said they had no record of my signing up. The first time I was to get a $100.00 gift card for signing up since I had done it at time of ordering service. They told me there was no record because I believe they didn't want to honor the $100.00. They had also told me I would get it after 90 days. How would I know this had I niot been told.
