I am writing about Redbox's HORRIBLE customer service. I have sent emails THREE days in a row stating that I need a refund for one night's credit, since the machine was down when I first tried to return my movie. I have not heard anything back and plan to call the 800 number again this evening. I tried calling immediately when I got home the other night and no one answered for approximately 15-20 minutes.
