My fiance was on an Aetna plan through Cal COBRA (getting the coverage started was a three-month long nightmare in and of itself, but that's another story). For one reason or another (again, the subject of an entirely different complaint), it appears as though her coverage was cancelled as of 3/1/10 (not that we were notified this, of course).
