This guy took me for $2, 500 after he GUARANTEED he could get me a loan modification. Him and Jose Rosa had a shifty little office in Hoboken, and then moved to Jersey City NJ. After months of waiting, I contacted my bank and NO paperwork had even been submitted by Scott requesting anything. My attorney and I did a little research to find out this guy is an ex-con who scammed a lot of people in the mortgage business with a company called Morgan Funding Corp. I have submitted my complaint with the Jersey City police department and they have been 'looking for him' for almost a month now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! read full review »
