I was sent a free book and was told I needed credit card details I did not want the online course but was told I would be sent an email telling me about it and if I didn't want it there would be no charge. I never was sent an email and when I tried to make sure that I would not be charged for anything was given the run around on numbers put on hold forever and then finally charged $75 for something I didn't receive and never wanted.
