I moved into this apartment in April 09 and almost 1 year has passed with the same problem. My private garage (enters into my apt only) is blocked by various vehicles at least 1 time a week for the past year. I have been trapped both inside and out of my garage at least 1 time a week for 11 months now. I have missed medical appointments, business meetings, college classes, and been trapped inside my garage during a medical emergency by other tenants’ vehicles.
