LONG story short, they NEVER mentioned that there would be an automatic delivery w/ automatic debit set up after the trial version. They continued to ship product out and BILL ME after I "cancelled." When I called, they said that my debit card was removed from the system but my account was never closed. I was told to keep the last box or to "do whatever I wanted with it."
