there is a phone system that the jail uses to call there loved ones called GTL, This company called a GTL is ripping everyone off and Kenosha county should really look at another phone system to for the inmate /s to call there loved ones due to the fact that we (the loved ones) and the inmate /s are being ripped off and that's just not fair to anyone.
