Monthly fee of $14.95 for credit monitoring is automatically billed to my credit card. I didn't recall agreeing to that much per month. When I went to the mycreditreport website, there was no pricing on my account info to find out if that was the correct amount. All I could see is a brief description of the monitoring service they are providing. When I called the number to ask why, the rep offered to reduce the $14.95 to $9.95, for the same service!
