to who it may concern, I paid for a copy of my birth certificate and never got it. I paid on line for faster service and did not get it. I was told via phone It would be sent with in 3days of the phone call. why do they threaten us consumers by saying that if paid for via credit card, we have five days to send all other documentation or the request for a copy will be terminated and we lose our money too? well, if I paid by credit card and sent the docs they requested, why haven't i got the birth certificate?I was in school and face... read full review »
