We purchased Adobe Creative Suite 3.3 Design Premium in October, right before CS4 was released, because our sales rep, Kevin Lewis, assured us that since the release of CS4 was so soon, we would be provided a free upgrade. We specifically inquired about whether we should wait for the release, but he told us that upgrading for free would be no problem.
