I ordered an Antec computer case on Dec. 4, aweek later I received an e-mail saying it was on backorder. I immediately called and canceled the backorder and then confirmed the cancellation by e-mail. My credit card was charged on Dec. 4. Several phone calls resulted in the repeated phrase, "we'll pass this on to the billing department". Crdit card still has not been credited and absolutely no communications from the company. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. read full review »
