My husband ordered a battery from them Nov 2009 and we are still waiting March 2010. Can't get through on phone - just given the run-around on an automated system. Won't repay the money (nearly £100 which they took very promptly from the card), and are just given polite apologies via the Order History for the product, advising their delivery is late. read full review »
