Our experience is as follows: confidentiality compromised for us and others, first machine didn't work, second machine worked with difficulty, a copy of treatment plans were never delivered despite repeated requests, technicians only partially delivered treatment due to lack of attention and in our opinion lack of training, management and sales were dismissive and rude because of contract protection.
