After almost six months of living in my apartment, they finally added my name to the account. It took them just as long to update my boyfriend's name and address on their bills as well from when he moved across the street. I called on 02/26/10 to pay my disconnection notice of $212.13, for God only knows how long. I added myself to the account with a woman, then gave her my routing number and checking account number to pay my bill (which she now has).
