I ordered the free trial and paid the shipping $3.95 on Jan 14 however I did not receive untill Jan 25. My credit card was charged for $88.00 on Jan 29I have now recieved another packege. I have sent it back. when I called to cancel and talk to some one about a refund they tell me there is no one to talk to they can only be contacted through e-mail and they will not provide the email.
