I recently purchased online a prepaid International call for $12.77. I was surprised that they took it 3 times (YES! 3 Times) from my debit card. First, I called Startec customer service and asked why they charges me 3 times. I was told that they only claim it once. So I called my bank, only to be told by my bank that Startec submitted merchant claim 3 times. I was able to let my bank take the 2 more charges from my account, but that caused me an overdraft fee of $35. So pathetic STARTIC is!!! They are whole bunch of crap and scam! To people out there, never ever trust Startec to take money from you Debit/Credit Card. read full review »
