Received offer in the mail to open a checking account and receive $150. Submitted application online, they asked for a $100 opening deposit, gave the info and hit submit. I was declined the account, but they still took $100 from my account TWICE! When called customer service and talked to a stuporvisor they didn't understand what I was talking about and told me to file a complaint against MY bank.Customer service very rude and was finally told by a stuporvisor that my call would be deleted because I was very upset.To me this is stealing... read full review »
