The landlord listed above, through its rep, Steve Chapin, had me leave $4,550.00 as a security deposit and not only kept the whole deposit when I moved out, but sent me a bill on top of it. Here is the kicker, now he is threatening to sue me for slander for just warning people not to rent from them?! Here is the other kicker, I am a pregnant mother raising an 11 year old on my own, during these economic times.
