Had some BZBOY ram go bad. Their gaurantee is worthless as the replacement ram is not gauranteed to work as noted in their email below. The memory comes with a lifetime warranty; therefore, if it is defective, we will be happy to replace it with a new memory stick. We can still exchange your item with a replacement and test the replacement before we send it back to you; however we cannot guarantee that it will work on your motherboard.
