To Whom it May Concern, I feel I was misled and deceived by the advertisement when I clicked on Celeb White to receive for only $3.95 a teeth whitening kit. I used a promotional code from an article that was on the internet bragging about the results. This form of advertising is deliberate and intentional misrepresentation!
