I ordered a Plantronics CS55W wireless phone headset from Comp-U-Plus in early March of this year. After attempts to retrieve the product from UPS and finding that Comp-U-Plus had restricted delivery from pick-up, the product was returned to Comp-U-Plus by UPS. Upon contacting Comp-U-Plus, I was treated like some kind of idiot because I was not home when the UPS deliveries were attempted. At that point I cancelled my order and demanded a refund.
