onsalecell is a scam, a rip off, a cheat I ordered a phone samsung from onsalecell and paid by Paypal (they accept it on their website) when I found out they were a scam and they never intended on supplying the phone and returning the money I immediately placed a complaint with Paypal following their procedure- they closed the complaint and told me to go to I3C and complaint and that they are never going to help- *** I should have ordered with a Amex- never again Paypal is in cahoots with all the fraud websites- beware if you use Paypal and the Internet store is a scam you will loose your money read full review »
