My husband called the Geek Squad to come out and look at my computer because it was running a little slower than usual and was about time for a clean up. When we called them we set up an appointment for the 1pm the next day. At nearly 1:30 we called to find out what the holdup was, and they apologized saying our Geek was on the way. At 2:15 (or there about) we finally get a knock on the door by the Geek who was names James. He came in, and got to work.
