I received a charge on a credit card I don't use. I have called several times almost everytime being hung up on. Been promised a refund because NONE of my information can be found in the system. Two weeks ago I was promised a refund within 4-5 days. No credit has been issued so I call today and all of the sudden my information is in the sytems and you are saying that I received a confirmation call after ordering. Well that's a load of crap.
