I am not complaining about the actual product, because it did work. My complaint is with the customer service. They sent a refill pack, which we did not order and they charged us. I sent it back unopened and have been waiting for my $80 refund for almost 3 months. There customer service # never picks up, I have been on hold for over 1 hour. They set up a new customer service # for people who ordered after Febuary, but they tell me they are unable to retrieve any of my info because it is a different service doing the refunds. I just don't know what to do anymore? read full review »
